हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार की मुख्यमंत्री सहारा योजना गंभीर बीमारी या दुर्घटना से असहाय लोगों के लिए जीवनरेखा साबित हो रही है। जिला हमीरपुर के भोरंज उपमंडल के गांव सम्मू ताल की कुसुम कुमारी, जिनकी आंखों की रोशनी बीमारी के कारण चली गई, इस योजना से बड़ी राहत पा रही हैं।
पहले, रेहड़ी चलाकर गुजारा करने वाले उनके पति मदन लाल को घर और कॉलेज में पढ़ रहे बेटे की पढ़ाई के खर्च का भारी संकट था। लेकिन योजना के तहत 3000 रुपये मासिक पेंशन मिलने से परिवार का जीवन संवरने लगा है।

Earlier, her husband Madan Lal, who earned a living by running a small cart, struggled to meet household expenses and their son’s college fees. Now, with a monthly pension of ₹3,000 under the scheme, the family’s life has improved significantly.
Implemented with the cooperation of health authorities, the scheme directly supports eligible beneficiaries. Expressing gratitude, Kusum and Madan Lal said that without this pension, their hardships would have been unbearable.
यह योजना, पूर्व सरपंचों और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की मदद से, पात्र व्यक्तियों को सीधे लाभ पहुंचाती है। कुसुम और उनके पति ने मुख्यमंत्री का आभार जताते हुए कहा कि यह पेंशन न मिलती तो उनकी स्थिति और भी खराब हो जाती।
