राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशाला नाल्टी ने सामाजिक सरोकार का परिचय देते हुए आपदा पीड़ितों की सहायता के लिए सराहनीय पहल की है। विद्यालय के छात्रों और स्टाफ ने प्रधानाचार्या श्रीमती भारती कोंडल की अध्यक्षता में ₹1 लाख की धनराशि का चेक मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष के लिए प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू को एनआईटी ग्राउंड हमीरपुर में सौंपा।
यह धनराशि विद्यालय की एनसीसी इकाई, एनएसएस इकाई, स्काउट एंड गाइड्स, अन्य छात्रों, स्टाफ सदस्यों और नाल्टी व आसपास के ग्रामीणों के सहयोग से एकत्र की गई। इस योगदान में एनसीसी कैडेट गौरी, तनिष, दीपक और कृष तथा एनएसएस वालंटियर आशीष और स्मृति गौतम की विशेष भूमिका रही।
प्रधानाचार्या भारती कोंडल, स्टाफ सदस्य डॉ. देवेंद्र सिंह बनियाल (एनसीसी एएनओ), संजीव कुमार, जितेंद्र और कमल किशोर ने यह चेक मुख्यमंत्री को सौंपा। इस अवसर पर डिप्टी डायरेक्टर उच्च शिक्षा मोही राम, डिप्टी डायरेक्टर क्वालिटी कंट्रोल नवीन कुमार तथा एसएमसी के निवर्तमान अध्यक्ष सुमन भारती विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे।
विद्यालय और ग्रामीणों की यह पहल प्रदेश सामाजिक सहयोग की मिसाल प्रस्तुत करती है।

In a remarkable gesture of social responsibility, Government Senior Secondary School Nalti contributed ₹1,00,000 to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to support disaster-affected families. On 8th September 2025, under the leadership of Principal Mrs. Bharti Kondal, the students and staff handed over the cheque to Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu at the NIT Ground, Hamirpur.
The amount was collected with the active participation of the school’s NCC unit, NSS unit, Scouts & Guides, other students, teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as residents of Nalti and nearby villages. Notably, NCC cadets Gauri, Tanish, Deepak, and Krish, along with NSS volunteers Ashish and Smriti Gautam, played a key role in this noble effort.
The cheque was presented in the presence of Principal Bharti Kondal, staff members Dr. Devender Singh Baniyal (NCC ANO), Sanjeev Kumar, Jitender, and Kamal Kishore. Senior officials including Deputy Director of Higher Education Mohi Ram, Deputy Director Quality Control Naveen Kumar, and outgoing SMC President Suman Bharti were also present on the occasion.
This initiative reflects the school’s strong commitment towards community service and disaster relief.
