अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद (ABVP) हिमाचल प्रदेश की प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी बैठक पालमपुर में सम्पन्न हुई, जिसमें प्रदेशभर के छात्र नेताओं ने भाग लिया। इस बैठक में संगठन मंत्री गौरव जी, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राकेश शर्मा, मंत्री नैंसी अटल और संगठन मंत्री धनदेव ठाकुर भी मौजूद रहे। बैठक में पूर्व गतिविधियों की समीक्षा करते हुए आगामी आंदोलनों की रूपरेखा तय की गई।
प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए भवानी ठाकुर ने कहा कि यदि प्रदेश सरकार ने ABVP की मांगों को शीघ्र पूरा नहीं किया, तो परिषद सड़कों पर उतरकर आंदोलन करेगी।
प्रदेश स्तरीय प्रमुख मांगों में छात्र संघ चुनावों की बहाली, राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 का त्वरित क्रियान्वयन, शिक्षण संस्थानों में राजनीतिक हस्तक्षेप बंद करना, संरचना व मूल्यांकन प्रणाली में सुधार, और नशा व खनन माफिया पर सख्त कार्रवाई शामिल हैं।
मंडी आपदा पीड़ितों के लिए परिषद ने संवेदना व्यक्त करते हुए राहत व सहायता की अपील की।
हमीरपुर जिले के लिए परिषद की मांगों में कॉलेजों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता, रिक्त पदों को भरना, राजनीतिक हस्तक्षेप समाप्त करना, और NCC/NSS की सुविधा का विस्तार शामिल हैं।
भवानी ठाकुर ने कहा कि यदि छात्र हितों की अनदेखी की गई, तो ABVP एक बड़ा जनांदोलन छेड़ेगी।

The ABVP Himachal Pradesh State Executive Meeting was held in Palampur, attended by state-level student leaders, including Zonal Minister Gaurav Ji, State President Rakesh Sharma, Secretary Nancy Atal, and Organizing Secretary Dhandev Thakur.
During a press conference, Bhavani Thakur strongly warned that if the state government does not act on ABVP’s key demands, the organization will launch a full-scale protest.
Major demands include:
Restoration of student union elections
Immediate implementation of NEP 2020
End to politically motivated shutdowns in educational institutions
Improved infrastructure and evaluation systems
Strict action against drug and mining mafias
Filling of vacant teaching positions
Adequate compensation for disaster-affected families
ABVP also expressed deep concern over the natural disaster in Mandi, urging both the government and society to step forward with aid.
In Hamirpur, local demands include:
Proper classrooms, labs, libraries, internet, and sanitation in all colleges
Appointment of teachers in vacant positions
Political neutrality in campuses
NCC/NSS availability in all colleges
Improved transport and bus pass counters
Bhavani Thakur reaffirmed that ABVP will continue to fight for students’ rights.
