हिमाचल प्रदेश राजस्व अधिकारी संघ ने सरकार से अन्य विभागों की तर्ज पर ई-टैक्सी सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाने की मांग की है। संघ के अध्यक्ष एवं तहसीलदार जुन्गा नारायण सिंह वर्मा ने कहा कि राजस्व अधिकारी फील्ड में भू-इंतकाल, भू-विभाजन, आपदा प्रबंधन, कानून व्यवस्था व न्यायिक कार्यों के निष्पादन में अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं, लेकिन वाहन की सुविधा न होने के कारण उन्हें भारी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है।
उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि ई-टैक्सी का खर्च ई-गवर्नेंस फंड से वहन किया जा सकता है, जिससे सरकार पर अतिरिक्त वित्तीय बोझ नहीं पड़ेगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, उन्होंने आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण से भी वाहन सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाने की मांग की है, विशेषकर बरसात के दौरान राहत कार्यों के लिए।
संघ ने यह भी मांग की है कि हर तहसील और उप-तहसील मुख्यालय में राजस्व अधिकारियों के लिए मानक कार्यालय भवन और सरकारी आवास की व्यवस्था की जाए। उन्होंने बताया कि कई जगह एसडीएम द्वारा राजस्व अधिकारियों के आवासों पर कब्जा किया गया है, जिन्हें तत्काल खाली करवाया जाना चाहिए।
नारायण वर्मा ने सभी राजस्व अधिकारियों को पहचान पत्र जारी करने, विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति की बैठक शीघ्र बुलाने, उन्हें HAS में शामिल करने की प्रक्रिया तेज करने और वरिष्ठता सूची तथा सिविल लिस्ट जारी करने की मांग भी रखी।

The Himachal Pradesh Revenue Officers’ Association has urged the state government to provide e-taxi facilities to officers on the lines of other departments. Association president and Junga Tehsildar, Narayan Singh Verma, stated that revenue officers are responsible for multifaceted tasks such as land mutation, partition, disaster management, judicial duties, and maintaining law and order, but they often struggle due to a lack of transportation.
He suggested that funding for this facility can be sourced from the E-Governance Fund, placing no extra financial burden on the government. The association also requested that vehicles be made available through the District Disaster Management Authorities, especially considering the damage caused by heavy rains across the state.
Verma also emphasized the urgent need for standard office buildings and residential quarters for tehsildars at every tehsil and sub-tehsil. He highlighted that in many subdivisions, SDMs have occupied accommodations meant for revenue officers and demanded their immediate release.
Additionally, the association called for the issuance of official ID cards to all officers for smooth field operations, faster departmental promotion processes, inclusion in HAS, and the release of a seniority list and civil list.
