देवभूमि मिरर, शिमला – भाजपा प्रदेश प्रवक्ता अजय राणा ने हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार पर कड़ा प्रहार करते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस सरकार का कर्मचारी विरोधी चेहरा अब पूरी तरह उजागर हो गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कर्मचारियों को उच्च वेतनमान देने का निर्णय वापस लेना पूरी तरह असंवेदनशील और निरुत्साहित करने वाला कदम है।
राणा ने आरोप लगाया कि कांग्रेस सरकार ने सत्ता में आने के लिए बिना किसी गणना के वादे किए और अब कर्मचारियों के हितों की अनदेखी कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि 3 जनवरी 2022 से सिविल सर्विस कर्मचारियों का हायर ग्रेड समाप्त करने की घोषणा अस्वीकार्य है। इस फैसले से कर्मचारियों को हर माह 10 से 15 हजार रुपये का आर्थिक नुकसान होगा।
भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने सवाल उठाया कि आखिर कौन कर्मचारी अपना पेट काटकर काम करना चाहेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार अपने नजदीकी लोगों को गाड़ियां और पद बांट रही है, लेकिन आम कर्मचारियों को उनके अधिकारों से वंचित कर रही है।
राणा ने चेतावनी दी कि इस फैसले के दूरगामी परिणाम होंगे और कर्मचारी वर्ग सरकार के खिलाफ आंदोलन करने को मजबूर होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार को जनता और कर्मचारियों की भावनाओं का सम्मान करना चाहिए, अन्यथा गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने होंगे।
Devbhumi Mirror, Shimla BJP state spokesperson Ajay Rana strongly criticized the Himachal Pradesh Congress government, calling its decision to withdraw the higher pay scale for employees “anti-worker and insensitive.”
Rana said that the Congress came to power making hollow promises without any proper calculations, and now employees are paying the price. He pointed out that the government has canceled the higher grade pay benefits given since January 3, 2022, which will result in a monthly financial loss of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 for affected employees.
He questioned, “Which employee would want to work by cutting down his own livelihood?” Rana alleged that while the government is busy distributing posts and benefits to its close associates, ordinary employees are being deprived of their rights.
He further warned that this move will have far-reaching consequences and could trigger strong protests from the employee community. Rana demanded that the government immediately withdraw this anti-employee decision and respect the sentiments of the people of Himachal.
