उपायुक्त कार्यालय सभागार में आज साड़ा (विशेष क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण) की बैठक का आयोजन हुआ जिसकी अध्यक्षता विधायक लाहौल-स्पीति एवं साड़ा अध्यक्ष अनुराधा राणा ने की।
बैठक में विधायक ने हाल ही में आई आपदा के समय सभी विभागों द्वारा मिलजुलकर किए गए कार्यों की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि आपदा के तुरंत बाद बिजली, पानी, सड़क, मोबाइल नेटवर्क और ईंधन आपूर्ति बहाल करने में अधिकारियों ने सराहनीय कार्य किया। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से उपायुक्त किरण भड़ाना की त्वरित राहत, सूचना प्रबंधन और किसानों की सहायता के प्रयासों की प्रशंसा की।
बैठक में स्वच्छता पर जोर देते हुए पर्यटकों को बैग उपलब्ध करवाने की योजना, घर-घर से कचरा संग्रह, अटल टनल नार्थ पोर्टल पर स्वच्छ पेयजल नल और उसकी रियल टाइम गुणवत्ता डिस्प्ले की व्यवस्था पर चर्चा की गई। विधायक ने अटल टनल व केलांग अस्पताल परिसर में सीसीटीवी लगाने, डिजिटल सूचना पट्ट और ईको ट्रेल सहित दीपक ताल व लौहणी नेचर पार्क विकास के लिए भी निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने सीमा सड़क संगठन को चंद्रा पुल के पास प्रतीक चिह्न, राजा घेपन मंदिर के पास ट्रैफिक लाइट और केलांग टाउन के एंट्री गेट के पुनर्निर्माण के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में सामुदायिक शौचालय, अप्रयुक्त भूमि उपयोग और विभिन्न विकास कार्यों की प्रगति पर चर्चा हुई।
इस अवसर पर कार्यवाहक एसडीएम केलांग कल्याणी तिवाना, पूर्व जिला कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ज्ञागसन ठाकुर, बीडीओ केलांग विवेक गुलेरिया, अधिशासी अभियंता अजय गुप्ता, एसीएफ वन सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

A meeting of the Special Area Development Authority (SADA) was held today at the Deputy Commissioner’s office, chaired by Lahaul-Spiti MLA and SADA Chairperson Anuradha Rana.
The MLA praised the coordinated efforts of all departments during the recent disaster, highlighting their role in restoring electricity, water, roads, mobile networks, and fuel supply in record time. She lauded Deputy Commissioner Kiran Bhadana for her effective disaster response, relief distribution, and support to farmers.
The meeting focused on development works including waste management in Keylong town, introducing refundable bags for tourists at barriers, and installing a digital display board near Atal Tunnel showcasing tourist spots and distances. Instructions were given to install CCTV cameras at Keylong hospital, provide a clean water tap at Atal Tunnel North Portal with real-time digital quality parameters, and complete the pending work of the Eco Trail, Deepak Tal, Mini Manali, and Lauhni Nature Park.
Further, the Border Roads Organisation was directed to set up a symbolic structure near Chandra Bridge, install traffic lights near Raja Ghepan Temple, and reconstruct the entry gate of Keylong town. Discussions were also held on community toilets and the use of unused land for public benefit.
The meeting was attended by Acting SDM Kalyani Tiwana, former Congress District President Gnyagsan Thakur, BDO Keylong Vivek Guleria, Executive Engineer Ajay Gupta, ACF Forest, and other officials.
