भारत विकास परिषद व मरीजों ने लगाए गुमराह करने के आरोप

बद्दी, 22 जुलाई 2025 — प्रदेश के सबसे बड़े औद्योगिक क्षेत्र बीबीएन के ईएसआईसी अस्पताल बद्दी की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं। भारत विकास परिषद के अध्यक्ष रमन कौशल और सचिव देव व्रत यादव ने आरोप लगाया कि अस्पताल में आने वाले भोले-भाले उद्योग श्रमिकों को जानबूझकर गुमराह किया जा रहा है और इलाज से वंचित किया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने बताया कि तकनीकी बहानों का सहारा लेकर योग्य मरीजों को भी वापस भेजा जा रहा है। सेवानिवृत्त सहायक निदेशक देवव्रत यादव ने कहा कि अस्पताल न तो कोर्ट के आदेशों का पालन कर रहा है और न ही ईएसआईसी मुख्यालय के निर्देशों का। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए हैं कि बीमित व्यक्ति और उनके परिवार को पहले दिन से इलाज मिलना चाहिए, परंतु अस्पताल इस आदेश की अनदेखी कर रहा है।
उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि अस्पताल में न पर्याप्त डॉक्टर हैं और न ही मेडिकल स्टाफ, जिससे मरीजों को गंभीर नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है। दूसरी ओर, उप चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डॉ. सुरगीत टंटन ने कहा कि कुछ मामलों में केस-टू-केस आधार पर निर्णय लिए जाते हैं, जिनमें तकनीकी पहलुओं को देखना जरूरी होता है।

Baddi, July 22, 2025 — The functioning of ESIC Hospital in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh’s largest industrial area, has come under fire. Raman Kaushal, President of the India Development Council, and Secretary Dev Vrat Yadav alleged that the hospital is mistreating and misleading patients, especially workers from nearby industries.
They stated that even eligible patients are being denied treatment under the pretext of technicalities. Retired Assistant Director Dev Vrat Yadav said the hospital is violating orders from both the Delhi High Court and the ESIC Headquarters, which clearly state that insured persons and their families are entitled to treatment from day one.
The council further claimed a severe shortage of doctors and staff, leading to hardships for patients. In response, Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr. Surjeet Tantan explained that some cases are evaluated on a case-to-case basis, especially in the case of severe illnesses.
