जिला ऊना में हाल ही में हुई भारी बारिश से प्रभावित परिवारों को त्वरित सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए जिला प्रशासन ने राहत और पुनर्वास कार्यों को प्राथमिकता दी है। इसी क्रम में नगर निगम ऊना क्षेत्र के 90 प्रभावित परिवारों को कुल ₹2.20 लाख की तात्कालिक राहत राशि वितरित की गई है।
अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त एवं नगर निगम आयुक्त महेन्द्र पाल गुर्जर ने जानकारी दी कि यह राहत राशि नगर निगम क्षेत्र के साथ-साथ आसपास के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के प्रभावित परिवारों को दी गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि प्रारंभिक क्षति मूल्यांकन के आधार पर कुल ₹15 लाख की राहत राशि के मामले तैयार किए गए हैं। जिला प्रशासन पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ प्रत्येक प्रभावित परिवार तक समुचित सहायता पहुंचाने हेतु युद्धस्तर पर कार्य कर रहा है।
महेन्द्र पाल गुर्जर ने बताया कि राहत और पुनर्वास कार्यों की निरंतर निगरानी की जा रही है ताकि ये प्रभावी, पारदर्शी और संवेदनशील दृष्टिकोण से लागू किए जा सकें। प्रशासन यह सुनिश्चित कर रहा है कि कोई भी प्रभावित परिवार बिना सहायता के न रहे।

In response to the recent heavy rainfall in Una district, the administration has prioritized relief and rehabilitation efforts for affected families. As part of the immediate response, a total of ₹2.20 lakh has been distributed among 90 rain-affected families in the Una Municipal Corporation area.
Additional Deputy Commissioner and Municipal Commissioner Mahendra Pal Gurjar informed that the relief assistance was provided not only in the town area but also in nearby rural localities impacted by the rains.
Based on preliminary damage assessment, relief proposals amounting to ₹15 lakh have been prepared. He reiterated the administration’s commitment to ensuring that every affected family receives timely and adequate support.
He added that the relief operations are being closely monitored to ensure their implementation remains efficient, transparent, and humane. The district administration is working on a war footing to reach every needy family without delay.
