हमीरपुर, 25 अगस्त। पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री एवं हमीरपुर संसदीय क्षेत्र से सांसद अनुराग सिंह ठाकुर ने नादौन विधानसभा क्षेत्र के निवासी और जम्मू-कश्मीर राइफल्स की 8वीं बटालियन में तैनात सूबेदार मेजर राजेश कुमार के निधन पर गहरा शोक व्यक्त किया। बीमारी के चलते 22 अगस्त 2025 को सूबेदार मेजर राजेश कुमार का निधन हो गया। वह तीन बहनों के सबसे छोटे भाई थे और अपने पीछे वृद्ध माता, पत्नी, एक पुत्र और एक पुत्री को छोड़ गए हैं।
अनुराग ठाकुर ने कहा कि सूबेदार मेजर राजेश कुमार का जीवन देश सेवा के लिए समर्पित रहा है। उनका असामयिक निधन न केवल परिवार बल्कि पूरे राष्ट्र के लिए क्षति है। उन्होंने श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हुए कहा कि पूरा देश इस कठिन घड़ी में परिवार के साथ खड़ा है और उनकी वीरता आने वाली पीढ़ियों को सदैव प्रेरित करेगी।
Hamirpur, August 25. Former Union Minister and MP from Hamirpur constituency, Anurag Singh Thakur, expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Subedar Major Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Nadaun Assembly constituency and serving in the 8th Battalion of Jammu & Kashmir Rifles. Rajesh Kumar passed away on August 22, 2025, due to illness. He is survived by his aged mother, wife, one son, and one daughter.
Thakur said that Subedar Major Rajesh Kumar’s life was dedicated to the service of the nation. His untimely demise is an irreparable loss not only to his family but to the entire country. Paying heartfelt tribute, he added that the whole nation stands firmly with the bereaved family in this hour of grief, and the soldier’s valor and dedication will continue to inspire future generations.
