हिमाचल प्रदेश अनुसूचित जाति आयोग के अध्यक्ष कुलदीप कुमार धीमान से श्री गुरु रविदास धार्मिक सभा, संतोषगढ़ के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने आज उनके कार्यालय में भेंट की। प्रतिनिधिमंडल का नेतृत्व सभा के अध्यक्ष बलवंत सिंह ने किया। उन्होंने आयोग अध्यक्ष को ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए अनुसूचित जाति वर्ग से जुड़ी विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण मांगें प्रस्तुत कीं।
मांगों में कृषि प्रमाण पत्र के बिना भूमि रजिस्ट्री, नगर परिषद संतोषगढ़ में अम्बेडकर भवन का निर्माण, भूमिहीनों को भूमि आवंटन, पुराने पट्टाधारियों के नाम राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज करना और एससी-एसटी सब-प्लान लागू करना शामिल हैं।
आयोग अध्यक्ष कुलदीप धीमान ने सभी मांगों को सहानुभूति पूर्वक सुनते हुए कहा कि आयोग इन मुद्दों को गंभीरता से राज्य सरकार के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि अनुसूचित जाति आयोग प्रदेश में वंचित वर्गों के अधिकारों की रक्षा और सामाजिक न्याय के लिए निरंतर कार्यरत है।
इस अवसर पर आयोग के सदस्य अधिवक्ता दिग्विजय मल्होत्रा, विजय डोगरा, और सदस्य सचिव विनय मोदी उपस्थित रहे। सभा की ओर से गुलविंद्र बैंस, वचन चंद पटेल और अन्य सदस्य भी बैठक में मौजूद थे।

A delegation of Sri Guru Ravidas Dharmik Sabha Santoshgarh, led by its President Balwant Singh, met the Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Scheduled Caste Commission, Kuldeep Kumar Dhiman, at his office on Monday. The delegation submitted a detailed memorandum highlighting multiple key demands related to the Scheduled Caste (SC) community.
The demands included land registry without agricultural certificates, construction of an Ambedkar Bhawan in Santoshgarh, implementation of the SC-ST sub-plan, land allotment to landless families, and revenue record corrections for long-time leaseholders.
Chairman Kuldeep Dhiman assured the delegation that their concerns would be taken up seriously with the state government. He emphasized that the Commission is committed to protecting the rights and promoting the development of marginalized SC communities in the state.
Commission members Adv. Digvijay Malhotra, Adv. Vijay Dogra, and Secretary Vinay Modi were present. The delegation also included members like Gulvindra Bains, Vachan Chand Patel, and others from the religious Sabha.
