हमीरपुर, 25 जुलाई 2025 — हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी जिले की सराज घाटी में आई भीषण आपदा के बाद जहां हजारों लोग बेघर हो गए हैं, वहीं प्रदेशभर से मदद के हाथ लगातार आगे आ रहे हैं। बमसन तहसील के ढांगू गांव निवासी रिटायर्ड हेड टीचर अशोक कुमार शर्मा ने आपदा पीड़ितों के लिए ₹25,000 की नकद सहायता राशि प्रदान कर एक प्रेरणादायक पहल की है।
अशोक कुमार शर्मा, जो राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय बारी से सेवानिवृत्त हुए हैं, सामाजिक सेवा में हमेशा अग्रणी रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि “हम भले ही किसी का दर्द कम न कर सकें, लेकिन उसका बोझ जरूर बांट सकते हैं।”
उन्होंने समाज से आह्वान किया कि संकट की इस घड़ी में सभी को पीड़ितों की मदद के लिए आगे आना चाहिए। उनका यह कदम समाज में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा और सहयोग की भावना को और प्रबल करता है।
Seraaj Tragedy: Retired Teacher Donates ₹25,000 to Victims
Hamirpur, July 25, 2025 — In the wake of the devastating Seraaj Valley tragedy in Mandi district, where thousands have lost their homes, relief efforts are pouring in from across Himachal Pradesh. Among those showing solidarity is retired head teacher Ashok Kumar Sharma from Dhangoo village, who has donated ₹25,000 in cash to aid the victims.
Ashok Kumar, formerly with Government Primary School Bari, is remembered for his dedication and for saving the school from closure. Expressing his concern, he said, “Even if we can’t reduce someone’s pain, we can certainly share it.”
He appealed to the public to come forward generously, stating that the victims have lost everything to nature’s fury. His act stands as an example of community compassion and civic responsibility.
