साइबर अपराध रोकने में केंद्र सरकार की सख्ती
राज्यसभा में मंत्री ने दिए आंकड़े, करोड़ों की ठगी हुई रिकवर
नई दिल्ली, 4अगस्त। देश में बढ़ते साइबर अपराधों को रोकने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ी पहल की है। केंद्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री बंदी संजय कुमार ने राज्यसभा सांसद सुश्री इंदु बाला गोस्वामी को सदन में बताया कि अब तक 9.42 लाख सिम कार्ड और 2,63,348 IMEI नंबर ब्लॉक किए जा चुके हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि 2021 में शुरू किए गए सिटीजन फाइनेंशियल साइबर फ्रॉड रिपोर्टिंग एंड मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम के माध्यम से अब तक 17.82 लाख पीड़ितों को ₹5489 करोड़ रुपये लौटाए जा चुके हैं।
ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी की तुरंत शिकायत के लिए 1930 हेल्पलाइन शुरू की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार राज्य सरकारों को साइबर अपराधों से निपटने के लिए वित्तीय और तकनीकी सहायता दे रही है।
33 राज्यों व केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में साइबर फॉरेंसिक और ट्रेनिंग लैब स्थापित की गई हैं, जहां अब तक 24,600 से अधिक पुलिस अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया है।
नई दिल्ली में नेशनल साइबर फॉरेंसिक लैब के माध्यम से अब तक 12,460 केसों में जांच सहायता दी जा चुकी है। इसके अलावा एक ओपन ऑनलाइन कोर्स प्लेटफॉर्म से 1.05 लाख पुलिस अधिकारी रजिस्टर हुए हैं, जिनमें से 82,704 अधिकारियों ने प्रशिक्षण पूरा कर लिया है।
साइबर अपराधियों के ठिकानों की सटीक जानकारी के लिए ‘प्रतिबिंब’ मैप शुरू किया गया है, जिसकी मदद से अब तक 10,599 अपराधी गिरफ्तार किए गए हैं।

SIM & IMEI Blocking, ₹5489 Cr Refunded to Victims
New Delhi, August 4. Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar informed Rajya Sabha MP Indu Bala Goswami that the Government of India is taking stringent action to curb cyber crimes. He shared that 9.42 lakh SIM cards and 2.63 lakh IMEI numbers have been blocked so far.
To combat financial cyber fraud, the Citizen Financial Cyber Fraud Reporting & Management System was launched in 2021. Till now, ₹5489 crore has been refunded to 17.82 lakh victims using this system.
The government has also launched a 1930 helpline for immediate reporting of cyber frauds. Furthermore, it is providing financial and technical assistance to states for cyber capacity building.
Cyber forensic labs and training centers have been set up in 33 states and UTs, where over 24,600 officers have been trained.
A state-of-the-art National Cyber Forensic Laboratory in Delhi has aided in 12,460 investigations. An open online training platform has also been introduced with 1.05 lakh police officers registered, and 82,704 having completed the training.
For real-time tracking, the ‘Pratibimb’ map tool has helped identify and arrest 10,599 cyber criminals so far.
