धर्मशाला, 18 अगस्त 2025। “Inspiring Creative Minds for Future Innovation with STEM Exploration” पहल के अंतर्गत आज धर्मशाला में दो दिवसीय प्रोफिशिएंसी टेस्ट प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ हुआ। इस पहले बैच में 149 सरकारी विद्यालयों के 133 शिक्षक भाग ले रहे हैं। प्रशिक्षण 18 से 19 अगस्त तक तीन प्रमुख स्थलों — डी.आई.ई.टी. धर्मशाला, सरकारी डिग्री कॉलेज धर्मशाला और बी.एड. कॉलेज धर्मशाला — में आयोजित किया जा रहा है।
कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन कंचन ज्योति, उप निदेशक (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) ने किया। इस अवसर पर सुखवीर सिंह, ज़ोनल मैनेजर (अजीलो रिसर्च प्रा. लि.) भी उपस्थित रहे। प्रशिक्षण को सफल बनाने के लिए मास्टर ट्रेनर नितिन यादव, मोहित, प्रवीण कुमार, नागेंद्र यादव और पियाशा सक्रिय भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। वहीं, स्थल समन्वय की जिम्मेदारी डॉ. निशा काटोच, डॉ. जोगिंदर सिंह और विश्वनाथ मलकोटिया संभाल रहे हैं।
अपने संबोधन में कंचन ज्योति ने कहा कि इस पहल का उद्देश्य STEM शिक्षा को आधुनिक और व्यावहारिक बनाना है ताकि विद्यार्थी रचनात्मकता, आलोचनात्मक सोच और सहयोग की भावना विकसित कर सकें। जिला STEM समन्वयक विश्वनाथ मलकोटिया ने कहा कि इस तरह का प्रशिक्षण शिक्षकों को नवाचार के उत्प्रेरक बनाएगा और विज्ञान शिक्षा को खोजपरक व रोचक बनाएगा।
यह कार्यक्रम चरणबद्ध तरीके से सभी लक्षित विद्यालयों तक पहुँचाया जाएगा, जिससे जिले में STEM शिक्षा को नई ऊर्जा और मजबूती मिलेगी।
Dharamshala, August 18, 2025. Under the initiative “Inspiring Creative Minds for Future Innovation with STEM Exploration”, a two-day Proficiency Test Training Program began in Dharamshala today. In the first batch, 133 teachers from 149 government schools are participating. The training will run from August 18–19 across three major venues — DIET Dharamshala, Government Degree College Dharamshala, and B.Ed. College Dharamshala.
The program was inaugurated by Kanchan Jyoti, Deputy Director (Quality Control), in the presence of Sukhveer Singh, Zonal Manager, Ajilo Research Pvt. Ltd. Master trainers Nitin Yadav, Mohit, Praveen Kumar, Nagendra Yadav, and Piyasha are leading the sessions, with coordination by Dr. Nisha Katoch, Dr. Joginder Singh, and District Coordinator Vishwanath Malkotia.
Speaking at the inauguration, Kanchan Jyoti highlighted that the aim is to integrate STEM tools and activities into the curriculum, making classrooms more creative and interactive. District STEM Coordinator Vishwanath Malkotia emphasized that this training is designed to make science education more engaging and exploratory while preparing teachers as catalysts for innovation.
The program will gradually extend to all targeted schools, giving a significant boost to STEM education in the district.
