हाल ही में सराज क्षेत्र में आई भीषण प्राकृतिक आपदा के चलते प्रभावित नागरिकों की स्वास्थ्य देखभाल के लिए आयुष विभाग मंडी की ओर से 18 जुलाई को थुनाग में विशेष स्वास्थ्य शिविर का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस शिविर में नागरिकों को निःशुल्क आयुर्वेदिक औषधि, योग परामर्श, और पोषण संबंधी सलाह प्रदान की जाएगी।
शिविर में विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर नागरिकों की शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य जांच करेंगे। आपदा के बाद उत्पन्न मानसिक तनाव को दूर करने के लिए योग विशेषज्ञों द्वारा परामर्श दिया जाएगा। साथ ही लोगों को संतुलित आहार, नियमित दिनचर्या और जीवनशैली सुधार के सुझाव भी दिए जाएंगे।
जिला आयुष अधिकारी डॉ. राजेश कुमार कालिया ने अपील की है कि अधिक से अधिक लोग इस शिविर में भाग लें और लाभ उठाएं। उन्होंने बताया कि यह शिविर आपदा के चलते गंभीर रूप से प्रभावित नागरिकों को स्वास्थ्य सहायता पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

To support the citizens affected by the recent natural disaster in Seraj, the AYUSH Department Mandi will organize a special health camp on July 18 in Thunag. The camp aims to provide free Ayurvedic medicines, yoga consultation, and nutrition advice to the disaster victims.
A team of Ayurvedic experts will conduct health check-ups, focusing on boosting immunity through AYUSH-based treatments. To reduce mental stress caused by the disaster, yoga guidance will also be offered. Additionally, participants will receive advice on balanced diets and healthy lifestyles.
District AYUSH Officer Dr. Rajesh Kumar Kalia urged residents to participate in large numbers and benefit from the camp. He emphasized that the recent calamity has deeply impacted the lives of the locals, and this initiative aims to offer timely health support during this challenging time.
The camp stands as a step towards holistic healing and rehabilitation of affected families through traditional wellness systems.
