भाजपा प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी कर्ण नंदा ने एपीएमसी शिमला-किन्नौर के तहत मंडियों में दुकानों के आवंटन में घोटाले का आरोप लगाते हुए बड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है। उन्होंने नारकंडा से जारी प्रेस बयान में कहा कि 120 से 150 दुकानों का आवंटन नियमों को ताक पर रखकर किया गया। कई दुकानदारों को बोली प्रक्रिया के बिना, मनमाने तरीके से दुकानें आवंटित कर दी गईं।
नंदा ने कहा कि इस पूरे मामले को मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू के संज्ञान में लाया गया है और गंभीर जांच की आवश्यकता है। प्रारंभिक जांच में दस्तावेजों में अनियमितता की पुष्टि हो चुकी है, जिसके चलते सचिव को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया है।
उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि मंडी समिति के कुछ पदाधिकारी इसमें संलिप्त हैं और कुछ ऐसे व्यक्तियों को दुकानें दी गईं, जिन्हें व्यापारिक अनुभव भी नहीं है। नंदा ने कहा कि यह कांग्रेस सरकार में फैले भ्रष्टाचार का एक और उदाहरण है और सरकार को चेयरमैन व सचिव से तुरंत इस्तीफा लेना चाहिए।

BJP State Media In-Charge Karan Nanda has raised serious concerns over alleged irregularities in the allocation of shops under the APMC Shimla-Kinnaur. In a press release from Narkanda, Nanda accused the state government of fostering an atmosphere of lawlessness and demanded immediate action against the APMC Chairman and Secretary.
He stated that around 120 to 150 shops have been allotted in newly built markets in Dhalli, Tutu, and other upper Shimla regions without following due process. Many of these allocations, he alleged, were made even before all applications were collected.
A preliminary inquiry has found procedural violations, leading to the issuance of a show-cause notice to the APMC Secretary. If unsatisfactory, a charge sheet will follow. Nanda claimed that certain traders with no experience were granted licenses and that no fair bidding process took place.
He emphasized that if the government fails to act, public trust will erode further. BJP demands that the Chairman and Secretary resign immediately, and a transparent investigation be launched to restore accountability in the system.
