धर्मशाला। जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश तथा अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, कांगड़ा राजीव बाली के नेतृत्व में शनिवार को “ट्री प्लांटेशन ड्राइव-2025” के अंतर्गत एक विशेष वृक्षारोपण और विधिक साक्षरता शिविर का आयोजन धर्मशाला न्यायालय परिसर में किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, शिमला के दिशा-निर्देशों पर वन विभाग धर्मशाला के सहयोग से संपन्न हुआ।
इस अवसर पर बार एसोसिएशन धर्मशाला के अध्यक्ष अंकुर सोनी, पैरा लीगल वॉलंटियर्स, अधिवक्ता, न्यायिक अधिकारी, वन विभाग के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
आंवला, अमलतास, हरड़ और बॉटल ब्रश जैसे कुल 16 पौधे परिसर में लगाए गए। इस अभियान का उद्देश्य केवल पौधारोपण नहीं, बल्कि पर्यावरण के प्रति संवेदनशीलता और कानूनी अधिकारों की जागरूकता भी था।
न्यायाधीश राजीव बाली ने कहा कि “पर्यावरण संरक्षण हमारी सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है और न्यायिक संस्थान भी समाज के प्रति अपनी भूमिका को गंभीरता से निभा रहे हैं।”
कार्यक्रम के अंत में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण ने सभी को अधिक से अधिक पौधे लगाने और उनके संरक्षण का संदेश देते हुए धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।
Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh: Under the leadership of District & Sessions Judge and Chairman, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Kangra, Rajeev Bali, a special Tree Plantation and Legal Awareness Camp was organized on Saturday at the Dharamshala Court Complex as part of the “Tree Plantation Drive-2025”.
The event was held in collaboration with the Forest Department Dharamshala, following the directives of the Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Shimla.
Present at the event were Bar Association Dharamshala President Ankur Soni, judicial officers, para-legal volunteers, advocates, court staff, and forest officials. A total of 16 trees including Amla, Amaltas, Harad, and Bottle Brush were planted in the premises.
In his address, Justice Rajeev Bali emphasized that environmental protection is a shared responsibility, and judicial institutions are playing their role in building a greener future.
Participants were also made aware of legal rights and duties related to environmental protection.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks from the DLSA and a call to plant and protect more trees for future generations.
