नेरचौक, 19 जुलाई: सरदार पटेल विश्वविद्यालय मंडी से बीएड महाविद्यालयों की संबद्धता समाप्त करने की संभावित योजना के खिलाफ मंडी और कुल्लू ज़िला के शिक्षण संस्थानों, बीएड प्रशिक्षुओं और सामाजिक संगठनों ने विरोध की आवाज़ बुलंद कर दी है। शनिवार को इन संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों ने एसडीएम बल्ह के माध्यम से राज्यपाल और मुख्यमंत्री हिमाचल प्रदेश को ज्ञापन भेजा।
ज्ञापन में चेतावनी दी गई है कि यदि बीएड कॉलेजों की संबद्धता हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय से करने का प्रयास किया गया तो इससे लगभग 1800 प्रशिक्षुओं को भारी असुविधा होगी और एक बड़ा जन आंदोलन खड़ा होगा।
ज्ञापन सौंपने वालों में करिश्मा कॉलेज ऑफ एजुकेशन के प्रबंधक ललित पाठक, विजय मेमोरियल कॉलेज के गौरव मरवाह, कोयला माता मंदिर समिति के सुनील गुप्ता, व्यापार मंडल नलसर के प्रधान हरीश कुमार और महासचिव विनोद जसवाल शामिल रहे।
प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों ने आरोप लगाया कि कुछ अधिकारी गुपचुप तरीके से सरदार पटेल विश्वविद्यालय का वजूद खत्म करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, जबकि पूर्व में महामहिम राज्यपाल द्वारा यह आश्वासन दिया जा चुका है कि बीएड महाविद्यालयों की संबद्धता सरदार पटेल विश्वविद्यालय से ही जारी रहेगी।
इस मुद्दे पर प्रशिक्षु, कॉलेज प्रबंधन और समाजिक संगठन एकजुट हो गए हैं और स्पष्ट किया है कि किसी भी प्रकार की छेड़छाड़ हुई तो सरकार को आंदोलन का सामना करना पड़ेगा।
Nerchowk, July 19: The controversy surrounding the potential shift in B.Ed college affiliation from Sardar Patel University (SPU) to Himachal Pradesh University has sparked protests from educators and students. On Saturday, college administrators, trainees, and social organizations submitted a memorandum to the Governor and Chief Minister through SDM Balh.
The delegation, which included Karishma College of Education’s manager Lalit Pathak, Vijay Memorial College’s Gaurav Marwah, and other local representatives, expressed concern over the arbitrary move affecting nearly 1,800 students in Mandi and Kullu districts.
They argued that while all other colleges in these districts remain affiliated with SPU, only B.Ed institutions are being targeted. They warned that such actions seem designed to weaken SPU’s standing and reduce its jurisdiction.
Despite prior assurances from the Governor to maintain the affiliation with SPU, some officials continue efforts to dissolve it. The memorandum warned of mass agitation if any changes are made and held the government responsible for any fallout.
