भाजपा प्रवक्ता मेलाराम शर्मा ने भर्ती नियमों पर सरकार को घेरा।
राजगढ़ (सिरमौर), 20 जुलाई। हिमाचल प्रदेश में सरकारी भर्ती नियमों में किए गए बदलावों को लेकर प्रदेश की सुक्खू सरकार एक बार फिर विवादों में आ गई है। जिला भाजपा प्रवक्ता मेलाराम शर्मा ने सरकार पर बेरोजगार युवाओं के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने का गंभीर आरोप लगाया है।
शर्मा ने कहा कि सरकार ने नए नियमों के तहत नियुक्त कर्मियों को पहले दो वर्षों तक प्रशिक्षण आधार पर सेवा देने और उसके बाद पुनः परीक्षा देकर नियमित होने की जो प्रक्रिया तय की है, वह न केवल युवाओं के साथ अन्याय है बल्कि उनके भविष्य को भी खतरे में डाल रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि पहले से ही भर्ती में दो वर्ष का प्रोबेशन पीरियड होता है, लेकिन अब इस नए संशोधन के तहत नियुक्त कर्मियों को न वेतन वृद्धि मिलेगी, न ही कोई सरकारी लाभ, और उन्हें किसी भी समय बाहर का रास्ता दिखाया जा सकता है।
मेलाराम शर्मा ने इसे सरकार की वादा खिलाफी करार देते हुए कहा कि चुनाव से पहले सुक्खू सरकार ने हर साल एक लाख युवाओं को रोजगार देने का वादा किया था, लेकिन आज तक यह वादा पूरा नहीं हुआ। अब युवाओं को भ्रमित कर उन्हें अस्थायी और अनिश्चित भविष्य की ओर धकेला जा रहा है।
उन्होंने सरकार से इस “तुगलकी फरमान” को तुरंत वापस लेने की मांग की है, अन्यथा प्रदेश के लाखों बेरोजगार युवाओं का आक्रोश सरकार को भारी पड़ेगा।
Rajgarh (Sirmaur), July 20: The Himachal Pradesh government has come under sharp criticism from the opposition BJP for making controversial changes to state recruitment rules. District BJP spokesperson Mela Ram Sharma has accused the Sukhvinder Sukhu-led government of playing with the future of the state’s unemployed youth.
According to the new rules, government recruits must now serve a two-year training period before being eligible for regularization through another test. Sharma claims this change is not only unethical but a deliberate betrayal of educated and deserving candidates.
He also pointed out that during these two years, recruits will not receive any pay hikes or government benefits, essentially leaving them vulnerable and demotivated.
Sharma reminded the public that the ruling party had promised one lakh jobs annually, yet nearly three years in, the promise remains unfulfilled. Instead of providing stable employment, the government is pushing the youth toward uncertainty and exploitation.
He urged the state to immediately revoke the decision or face statewide outrage from thousands of unemployed youth.
