ईएलआई व एसपीआरईई योजना पर जागरूकता शिविर आयोजित
कर्मचारियों और नियोक्ताओं को योजनाओं के लाभों की दी जानकारी
बिलासपुर, 23 जुलाई 2025। देश में रोजगार के अवसरों को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से केंद्र सरकार द्वारा विभिन्न योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। इन्हीं में से ईएलआई (Employment Linked Incentive Scheme) और एसपीआरईई (SPREE – Scheme to Promote Registration of Employers/Employees) दो प्रमुख योजनाएं हैं। इन योजनाओं की जानकारी देने हेतु ईएसआईसी शाखा कार्यालय, बिलासपुर द्वारा एसीसी बरमाणा में एक जागरूकता शिविर का आयोजन किया गया।
शिविर की अध्यक्षता करन पाल सिंह (उप निदेशक, ईएसआईसी) ने की। कार्यक्रम में जिला लघु उद्योग संघ के अध्यक्ष प्रेम डोगरा, भारतीय मजदूर संघ के अध्यक्ष काला राम और महासचिव गगनेश विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे। शिविर में लगभग 50 प्रतिभागियों ने भाग लिया।
शिविर में उपस्थित कर्मचारियों और नियोक्ताओं को योजनाओं के लाभ, पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया और सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिकारों के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। ईपीएफओ (EPFO) की ओर से प्रवर्तन अधिकारी मोहम्मद रफीक ने ईएलआई योजना से मिलने वाले लाभों पर प्रकाश डाला।
एसपीआरईई योजना, जो 31 दिसंबर 2025 तक लागू है, नियोक्ताओं को बिना किसी निरीक्षण या पेनल्टी के डिजिटल पंजीकरण की सुविधा देती है। इसका उद्देश्य असंगठित क्षेत्र में कार्यरत श्रमिकों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा कवरेज प्रदान करना है।

ESIC Bilaspur Informs Employers and Workers at ACC Barmana
Bilaspur, July 23, 2025 — The ESIC Branch Office, Bilaspur, organized an awareness camp at ACC Barmana to educate employers and employees about the Employment Linked Incentive Scheme (ELI) and the SPREE Scheme launched by the Central Government to promote job creation and formal workforce registration.
The session was presided over by Deputy Director Karan Pal Singh, with key attendees including Prem Dogra (President, District Small Industries Association), Kala Ram (President, BMS), and Gagnesh (General Secretary, BMS). Around 50 participants attended the camp.
The SPREE scheme, active till 31 December 2025, allows unregistered employers and employees to register without inspections or penalties, simplifying the ESIC registration process and extending social security coverage.
Mohammad Rafiq, Enforcement Officer from EPFO, also addressed the audience and explained the benefits of the ELI scheme, encouraging participants to take advantage of the government’s initiatives for formal employment and worker security.
