प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा दी जा रही वृद्धावस्था, विधवा, अपंगता और एकल नारी पेंशन योजनाओं के सभी पात्र लाभार्थियों के लिए अब ई-केवाईसी प्रक्रिया अनिवार्य कर दी गई है। इस दिशा में जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी नरेंद्र कुमार की अध्यक्षता में कल्याण भवन ऊना में आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं हेतु एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण शिविर का आयोजन किया गया।
नरेंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि ई-केवाईसी का कार्य विशेष रूप से आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा किया जाएगा, क्योंकि वे अपने क्षेत्रों की सामाजिक और पारिवारिक परिस्थितियों से भलीभांति परिचित होती हैं। इसके लिए उन्हें ‘ई-कल्याण’ मोबाइल एप प्रदान किया गया है और प्रक्रिया अगस्त 2025 से शुरू हो चुकी है।
उन्होंने बताया कि यह पहल हिम परिवार पोर्टल के अंतर्गत विकसित ‘ई-कल्याण’ प्रणाली के जरिए पारदर्शी और प्रमाणिक सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम है। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि यदि लाभार्थी की ई-केवाईसी पूर्ण नहीं होती है, तो भविष्य में पेंशन रोकी जा सकती है।
जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी ने सभी लाभार्थियों से अनुरोध किया कि वे शीघ्र अपनी स्थानीय आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता से संपर्क करें और ई-केवाईसी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कराएं। इसके साथ ही अन्य पात्र व्यक्तियों को भी जागरूक करें।
इस अवसर पर जिला कल्याण अधिकारी आवास पंडित, तहसील कल्याण अधिकारी जतिंदर कुमार, तथा पर्यवेक्षक आशा, कुलवीर, संतोष, कंचन, मीनू, नरेश आदि उपस्थित रहे।

The Government of Himachal Pradesh has made e-KYC mandatory for all eligible beneficiaries under social security pension schemes, including old-age, widow, disability, and single woman pensions.
In this regard, a one-day training camp was held at Kalyan Bhawan Una under the chairmanship of District Programme Officer Narendra Kumar, aimed at training Anganwadi workers for beneficiary verification.
Narendra Kumar stated that e-KYC verification will be conducted by Anganwadi workers, as they are familiar with the geographical and social aspects of their areas. A dedicated mobile app ‘e-Kalyan’ has been provided, and the verification process started from August 2025.
He emphasized that if any beneficiary fails to complete the e-KYC, they will be ineligible for pension in the future. Therefore, he appealed to all beneficiaries to contact their local Anganwadi worker at the earliest.
The ‘e-Kalyan’ portal, developed under the Him Parivar Portal, aims to ensure transparency and authenticity in beneficiary verification.
District Welfare Officer Awas Pandit, Tehsil Welfare Officer Jatinder Kumar, and supervisors Asha, Kulveer, Santosh, Kanchan, Veena, Meenu, and Naresh, along with all Anganwadi workers, were present.
