कुल्लू, 06 अगस्त 2025।
स्वतंत्रता दिवस 2025 का जिला स्तरीय समारोह इस वर्ष भी कुल्लू के ऐतिहासिक ढालपुर मैदान में 15 अगस्त को भव्यता से आयोजित किया जाएगा। समारोह की तैयारियों को लेकर उपायुक्त कुल्लू तोरूल एस. रवीश ने विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि समारोह में भव्य मार्च पास्ट के साथ-साथ सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां भी आयोजन का प्रमुख आकर्षण होंगी। इसमें हिमाचल प्रदेश पुलिस, भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस, होमगार्ड, एनसीसी, एनएसएस, स्काउट एंड गाइड्स, तथा रोवर्स-रेंजर्स की टुकड़ियां हिस्सा लेंगी।
सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क विभाग और विभिन्न शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के कलाकार देशभक्ति से ओतप्रोत सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम व लोकनृत्य प्रस्तुत करेंगे। आयोजन स्थल पर बैठक व्यवस्था, पेयजल, मंच निर्माण और मीडिया कवरेज की उचित तैयारियों के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। बरसात के मौसम को देखते हुए सभी जरूरी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जा रही हैं।
अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त अश्वनी कुमार, सहायक उपायुक्त जयवंती ठाकुर सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी बैठक में मौजूद रहे।

The district-level Independence Day celebration will be held with grandeur at Kullu’s historic Dhalpur Ground on 15th August. Deputy Commissioner Torul S. Ravish chaired a meeting with department officials and issued essential instructions for the smooth conduct of the event.
The celebration will feature an elaborate march-past and cultural performances as key highlights. Himachal Pradesh Police, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Home Guards, NCC, NSS, Scouts & Guides, and Rovers & Rangers will participate in the parade.
Artists from Information and Public Relations Department, schools, and local institutions will present patriotic performances and folk dances to entertain the audience. The administration is ensuring arrangements for stage setup, seating, drinking water, and media coverage. Given the rainy season, appropriate measures will be implemented at the venue.
Additional DC Ashwani Kumar, Assistant DC Jaywanti Thakur, and other officials were present during the meeting.
