केलांग, लाहौल-स्पीति: आगामी राज्य स्तरीय जनजातीय महोत्सव 2025 की तैयारियों को लेकर आज केलांग में उपायुक्त सुश्री किरण भड़ाना की अध्यक्षता में विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न हुई। बैठक में आयोजन से जुड़ी सभी समितियों ने अपनी प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की और महोत्सव को सफल बनाने के लिए दिशा-निर्देश प्राप्त किए।
महोत्सव का मुख्य थीम “पर्यावरण अनुकूल एवं शून्य अपशिष्ट” रखा गया है, जिसके तहत आयोजन पूरी तरह प्लास्टिक-मुक्त और प्रकृति-संरक्षण पर आधारित होगा। ‘Vocal for Local’ के अंतर्गत स्थानीय हस्तकला, व्यंजन, उत्पाद और सांस्कृतिक धरोहर को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।
भव्य शोभा यात्रा, पारंपरिक नृत्य-गीत, लोकबैंड, सौंदर्य प्रतियोगिता और जनजातीय खेलों का आयोजन विशेष आकर्षण होंगे। स्वच्छता, कानून-व्यवस्था, बिजली, जलापूर्ति, अग्निशमन और परिवहन की व्यवस्था पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।
उपायुक्त भड़ाना ने कहा कि यह महोत्सव न केवल सांस्कृतिक पहचान को मजबूत करेगा, बल्कि स्थानीय उत्पादों और कलाकारों को राज्य और देशभर में पहचान दिलाएगा।
Keylong, Lahaul-Spiti: A detailed review meeting for the upcoming State-Level Tribal Festival 2025 was held today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ms. Kiran Bhadana. All organizing committees presented their progress reports and received necessary guidelines to ensure the success of the festival.
The theme of the festival is “Eco-Friendly and Zero-Waste,” aiming for a completely plastic-free and nature-conserving event. Under the ‘Vocal for Local’ initiative, local handicrafts, cuisines, products, and cultural heritage will be promoted.
Highlights include a grand inaugural procession, traditional dances, folk bands, beauty contests, and indigenous sports competitions. Arrangements for cleanliness, law and order, electricity, water supply, fire safety, and transportation will be ensured.
DC Bhadana emphasized that the festival will not only strengthen the region’s cultural identity but also provide a platform for local products and artists to gain recognition across the state and nation.
