मंडी, 18 अगस्त। जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय पंडोह, जिला मंडी ने छात्रावास अधीक्षक (Hostel Superintendent) की भर्ती संबंधी अनुभव शर्तों में बड़ा बदलाव किया है। विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य एस.डी. शर्मा ने बताया कि सत्र 2025-26 के लिए बालिका सदनों हेतु एक महिला एवं एक पुरुष अधीक्षक की नियुक्ति अनुबंध आधार पर की जाएगी। इसके लिए 19 अगस्त 2025 को विद्यालय परिसर में वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू आयोजित किया जाएगा।
संशोधित सूचना के अनुसार, अब अभ्यर्थियों के लिए कम से कम दो वर्ष का अनुभव पर्याप्त होगा। उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालय में सातवें वेतन आयोग के वेतन स्तर-3 (₹21,700) या उससे ऊपर के वेतनमान में अनुभव होना चाहिए। यही नियम पूर्व रक्षा कर्मियों पर भी लागू होगा। अनुभव की गणना के लिए सामान्य अवकाश सहित 10 महीनों को एक वर्ष माना जाएगा।
पहले जारी सूचना के अनुसार, उम्मीदवार को न्यूनतम पाँच वर्ष का अनुभव आवश्यक था। इसके अलावा आवासीय विद्यालयों में सात वर्ष का समेकित अनुभव भी अनिवार्य था। नए बदलाव से योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को अब अवसर प्राप्त करने में आसानी होगी।
Mandi, August 18. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Pandoh, District Mandi, has announced a major revision in the eligibility criteria for the recruitment of Hostel Superintendents. Principal S.D. Sharma informed that for the academic session 2025-26, one female and one male superintendent will be appointed on a contract basis, with the walk-in-interview scheduled on August 19, 2025 at the school campus.
As per the revised guidelines, candidates now require only two years of work experience in a recognized school under the 7th Pay Commission’s pay level-3 (₹21,700) or above. The same condition applies to ex-servicemen. For calculation purposes, a period of 10 working months (excluding vacations) will be considered as one year.
Earlier, the requirement was five years of experience in a recognized residential school at pay level-5 or above, or seven years of consolidated salary-based experience. The revision is expected to make the recruitment process more inclusive and accessible for eligible candidates.
