उपायुक्त अपूर्व देवगन ने कहा कि समृद्ध और आत्मनिर्भर हिमाचल के निर्माण में आमजन के बहुमूल्य सुझाव अत्यंत अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं। इसी कड़ी में हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, शिमला ने ‘समृद्ध हिमाचल-2045’ शीर्षक से एक ऑनलाइन नागरिक सहभागिता प्रश्नावली जारी की है।
यह प्रश्नावली 17 सवालों पर आधारित है और 26 अगस्त 2025 तक उपलब्ध रहेगी। इसके माध्यम से प्रदेश के नागरिकों, प्रवासी हिमाचलियों और विभिन्न संस्थानों से उनके विचार, आकांक्षाएं और नवाचार आमंत्रित किए जा रहे हैं। इच्छुक लोग himachal.nic.in/samridhhimachal पर लॉगिन कर सकते हैं या फिर संस्थान द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए QR कोड और वेबलिंक के जरिए सीधे गूगल फॉर्म भर सकते हैं।
अपूर्व देवगन ने सभी नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे प्रदेश की तरक्की और उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए अपने बहुमूल्य सुझाव ऑनलाइन ज़रूर साझा करें। यह पहल हिमाचल को 2045 तक आत्मनिर्भर, नवोन्मेषी और समृद्ध बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

Deputy Commissioner Apoorv Devgan emphasized that valuable suggestions from citizens are crucial in building a prosperous and self-reliant Himachal. To ensure public participation, the Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration, Shimla has launched an online citizen questionnaire titled ‘Samridh Himachal-2045’.
The survey consists of 17 questions and will remain open until August 26, 2025. Citizens, Himachali diaspora, and institutions are invited to share their ideas, aspirations, and innovations. Interested participants can log in at himachal.nic.in/samridhhimachal or fill the Google form via the provided QR code and weblink.
DC Apoorv Devgan urged everyone to contribute their valuable inputs online for the bright future and holistic development of the state. This initiative marks a significant step toward making Himachal self-reliant and prosperous by 2045.
