धर्मशाला, 21 अगस्त 2025 – भारतीय डाक विभाग ने सेवा और संवेदनशीलता की अनूठी मिसाल पेश की है। धर्मशाला डाक मंडल के अधीक्षक डाकघर श्री रविंदर कुमार के नेतृत्व में डाक कर्मियों ने योल कैंप में एक 85 वर्षीय चलने में असमर्थ बुजुर्ग महिला के घर जाकर उनका आधार कार्ड अपडेट किया।
यह पहल डाक सेवा जन सेवा की भावना को दर्शाती है, जिसका उद्देश्य हर नागरिक तक डाक विभाग की सुविधाएं पहुँचाना है।
इस अवसर पर श्री रविंदर कुमार ने आम जनता से अपील की कि जिनका आधार 10 वर्ष या उससे अधिक समय पहले बना है, वे अपने नजदीकी डाकघर आधार केंद्र में जाकर इसे अपडेट अवश्य करवाएं। उन्होंने बताया कि यह सेवा नागरिकों की सुविधा और सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सही ढंग से उपलब्ध कराने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।

On this occasion, Shri Ravinder Kumar appealed to citizens whose Aadhaar cards were made over 10 years ago to get them updated at their nearest post office Aadhaar center. He added that this service is crucial for ensuring proper access to government schemes and citizen benefits.
