बरमाणा में आयोजित गुग्गा मेला उत्सव का रजत जयंती समारोह शानदार ढंग से सम्पन्न हुआ। समापन अवसर पर हिमाचल पुलिस आर्केस्ट्रा बैंड हारमनी ऑफ द पाइंस ने ऐसी प्रस्तुतियां दीं कि दर्शक मंत्रमुग्ध होकर तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट से पंडाल गूंज उठे। दोपहर बाद हुई बारिश से कार्यक्रम पर संकट के बादल अवश्य मंडराए, लेकिन शाम ढलते ही मौसम ने करवट बदली और मंच पर जब बैंड ने देशभक्ति और लोकधुनें प्रस्तुत कीं तो वातावरण सुरों के जादू से सराबोर हो गया।
कार्यक्रम में जिला पुलिस द्वारा विशेष सुरक्षा और व्यवस्था की गई थी। एसपी संदीप धवल के निर्देशों पर थाना बरमाणा के एसएचओ ने भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने के लिए विशेष इंतज़ाम किए। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में एसीसी अडानी सीमेंट ग्रुप के सीएमओ मुकेश सक्सेना अपनी धर्मपत्नी सहित शामिल हुए, जबकि उच्च न्यायालय के एडवोकेट जनरल शिवपाल मनहंस, एचआर हेड पदम् नाभ शर्मा और सीएसआर हेड हितेंद्र कपूर विशेष अतिथि रहे।
मुख्य अतिथि ने इस आयोजन को क्षेत्र की सांस्कृतिक पहचान और एकजुटता का प्रतीक बताते हुए कहा कि यह उत्सव स्थानीय समाज को एकजुट होकर प्रगति की राह पर ले जाने का प्रेरणास्रोत बनेगा।

The silver jubilee celebration of the Gugga Fair in Barmana concluded with grandeur and cultural vibrance. The highlight of the evening was the mesmerizing performance of the Himachal Police Orchestra Band Harmony of the Pines. Despite heavy showers earlier in the afternoon, the skies cleared by evening, and the crowd welcomed the band with thunderous applause. The patriotic songs filled the audience with pride and energy, while the folk tunes created a colorful and festive atmosphere.
To ensure smooth functioning of the event, Bilaspur police had made elaborate arrangements. SP Sandeep Dhawal entrusted SHO Barmana with special responsibilities to manage the large crowd efficiently. The event was graced by Chief Guest Mukesh Saxena, CMO of ACC Adani Cement Group, along with his spouse. Special guests included Advocate General of the High Court Shivpal Manhans, HR Head Padam Naabh Sharma, and CSR Head Hitendra Kapoor.
In his address, Mukesh Saxena said that such cultural events bring pride and unity to the region, emphasizing that collective efforts will help restore the legacy of ACC and strengthen local development.
