मंडी जिला में बरसात से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में राहत व पुनर्बहाली कार्यों की निगरानी के लिए जिला प्रशासन लगातार सक्रिय है। उपायुक्त अपूर्व देवगन स्वयं ग्राउंड जीरो पर पहुंचकर प्रभावित परिवारों से संवाद कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने पिछले दो दिनों में गाड़ागुशैणी, बालीचौकी और जंजैहली जैसे दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों का दौरा किया।
गाड़ागुशैणी में उन्होंने राशन वितरण की स्थिति की समीक्षा की और विभिन्न डिपो का निरीक्षण कर खाद्यान्न की गुणवत्ता जांची। साथ ही, स्थानीय स्कूलों का दौरा कर छात्रों और शिक्षकों से शिक्षा गतिविधियों की जानकारी भी ली। डीसी देवगन ने गाड़ागुशैणी से बाहू तक का रास्ता पैदल तय किया और जीभी होकर बालीचौकी पहुंचे। यहां उन्होंने प्रशासनिक बैठक कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने बताया कि अगस्त और सितंबर माह का राशन प्रभावित परिवारों तक पहुंचाया जा चुका है। रसोई गैस सिलेंडरों की उपलब्धता भी सुनिश्चित कर दी गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि सड़कों की बहाली को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है ताकि सेब बहुल क्षेत्रों की फसल बाहरी मंडियों तक पहुंच सके।
प्रदेश सरकार के निर्देशों पर प्रशासन राहत कार्यों को तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ा रहा है। इस दौरान एसडीएम बालीचौकी देवीराम सहित कई विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

District administration in Mandi is working tirelessly to ensure speedy relief and rehabilitation in rain-affected areas. Deputy Commissioner Apoorv Devgan personally visited ground zero in remote regions including Gada Gushaini, Janjehli, and Balichowki to interact with affected families and review ongoing efforts.
At Gada Gushaini, he inspected ration depots, checked the quality of food grains, and ensured smooth supply of essential items. He also visited local schools, interacting with students and teachers about academic activities. Walking from Gada Gushaini to Bahu, the DC later reached Balichowki via Jibhi, where he held a review meeting with local officials.
He confirmed that ration for August and September has already been distributed to all ration card holders. Adequate availability of LPG cylinders has also been ensured. Road restoration has been given top priority so that apple crops from orchard-rich areas can reach outside markets.
The DC emphasized that under the guidance of the state government, the district administration is committed to providing timely relief to all affected families. Several officials, including SDM Balichowki Deviram, accompanied him during the visit.
