निरमंड, 13 जुलाई — श्रीखंड महादेव कैलाश यात्रा के पावन अवसर पर राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशाला जाओं के छात्रों ने स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के तहत एक जागरूकता रैली का आयोजन किया। यह रैली स्कूल परिसर से बडीगचा तक निकाली गई, जिसमें छात्रों ने स्वच्छता के नारे लगाते हुए स्थानीय टेंट कारोबारियों, लंगर समितियों और श्रद्धालुओं को स्वच्छता बनाए रखने का संदेश दिया।
रैली का नेतृत्व स्कूल के प्रधानाचार्य राजू कश्यप ने किया। उन्होंने बताया कि यात्रा मार्ग पर सीधे न होते हुए भी आस-पास गंदगी फैलने की आशंका बनी रहती है, जिसे रोकने के लिए यह पहल की गई है। इस रैली में स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति, शिक्षकगण और विभिन्न ट्रेड में पढ़ रहे छात्र भी शामिल रहे।
टूरिज्म और सिक्योरिटी ट्रेड के छात्रों को विशेष प्रशिक्षण दिया गया और उन्हें लंगर पंडालों में व्यवस्था प्रबंधन की जिम्मेदारी भी सौंपी गई। इससे न केवल बच्चों में सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व की भावना जागृत होगी बल्कि उन्हें प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव भी प्राप्त होगा।
Nirmand, July 13— As thousands of devotees continue their pilgrimage to Shrikhand Mahadev Kailash, students of Government Senior Secondary School, Jaoo organized a cleanliness awareness rally from the school campus to Badigacha. The event was held under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan to spread the message of cleanliness among tent owners, langar organizers, and pilgrims arriving from across the country.
Led by school principal Raju Kashyap, the students raised slogans promoting hygiene and displayed banners with cleanliness messages. The initiative aimed to address indirect littering even in non-yatra paths and instill responsible tourism behavior.
Students from the tourism and security trades were also trained and deployed in langar areas to understand and manage crowd control and cleanliness operations, giving them hands-on learning.
This effort reflects the school’s commitment to environmental sustainability and helps young minds learn the importance of collective responsibility in maintaining cleanliness during large-scale religious gatherings.
