कुल्लू, 18 अगस्त। उपायुक्त कुल्लू तोरुल एस. रवीश की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में एनसीसी हैंगर निर्माण कार्य की प्रगति पर चर्चा हुई। इस बैठक में जिला प्रशासन, एनसीसी एयर विंग, एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी और लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि एनसीसी हैंगर का निर्माण जिला और प्रदेश के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि होगी। इसके माध्यम से एनसीसी कैडेट्स को आधुनिक सुविधाओं वाला प्रशिक्षण स्थल मिलेगा, जो युवाओं को राष्ट्रीय धारा से जोड़ने का एक सशक्त माध्यम बनेगा। उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों को समयबद्ध कार्य पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि कार्यों के सुचारु संचालन और विभागीय समन्वय के लिए एक स्टैंडर्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोसीजर (एसओपी) तैयार की जाए। इससे यह सुनिश्चित होगा कि एनसीसी हैंगर का कार्य निर्धारित समय सीमा में पूरा हो। उपायुक्त ने एमओयू से जुड़े बिंदुओं की भी समीक्षा की।
बैठक में अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त अश्वनी कुमार, सहायक आयुक्त जयबंती ठाकुर, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी गणेश, विंग कमांडर कुणाला शर्मा, कुल्लू-मनाली एयरपोर्ट निदेशक सिद्धार्थ कुमार कदम्ब और लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
Kullu, August 18. Deputy Commissioner Torul S. Ravish chaired an important meeting to review the progress of the ongoing NCC Hangar construction in Kullu. Officials from the district administration, NCC Air Wing, Airport Authority, and the Public Works Department were present.
The DC emphasized that the NCC hangar will be a milestone achievement for the district and the state, providing cadets with a modern training facility. He stated that the project would not only enhance training opportunities but also offer local youth a strong platform to connect with national service.
He instructed all departments to ensure timely completion of the work and suggested preparing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for smooth execution, inter-departmental coordination, and strict adherence to deadlines. The DC also reviewed aspects related to the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) of the project.
The meeting was attended by ADC Ashwani Kumar, AC Jaybanti Thakur, DRO Ganesh, Wing Commander Kunala Sharma, Kullu-Manali Airport Director Siddharth Kumar Kadamb, along with PWD officials.
