कुल्लू, 07 जुलाई। जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय कुल्लू द्वारा उपायुक्त कार्यालय के बहुउद्देशीय भवन में विधानसभा स्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनर्स (ALMT) के लिए एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण शिविर आयोजित किया गया। यह प्रशिक्षण भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार आगामी मतदाता सूचियों के विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण को ध्यान में रखते हुए आयोजित हुआ।
तहसीलदार (निर्वाचन) बीना कुमारी ने मास्टर ट्रेनर्स को बताया कि बूथ लेवल अधिकारी (BLO) घर-घर जाकर मतदाता सूची का सत्यापन करेंगे। उन्हें कैसे मतदाताओं से संवाद स्थापित करना है, किन प्रपत्रों को भरना है और क्या सावधानियाँ बरतनी हैं – इन सभी विषयों पर गहन जानकारी दी गई।
इस अवसर पर जिला रिसोर्स पर्सन रोहित शर्मा द्वारा BLOs और मतदाताओं के लिए तैयार किए गए निर्वाचन ऐप्स की कार्यप्रणाली का प्रशिक्षण भी दिया गया। चारों विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के ALMTs, तहसीलदार, कानूनगो और आईटी स्टाफ ने प्रशिक्षण में भाग लिया। यह प्रशिक्षण विश्वसनीय और अद्यतन मतदाता सूची तैयार करने की दिशा में एक सशक्त कदम है।
Kullu, July 7: A one-day training camp for Assembly-Level Master Trainers (ALMTs) was held at the multipurpose hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, under the directions of the Election Commission of India. The training was part of the national voter verification drive preceding the Special Summary Revision of electoral rolls.
Tehsildar (Election) Bina Kumari conducted the session, briefing the ALMTs on how Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will verify voter lists through door-to-door visits. She explained their duties, communication methods, and how to accurately fill official forms.
Rohit Sharma, District Resource Person and Computer Programmer, trained the participants on various mobile apps and digital tools designed for BLOs and voters. The training aimed to ensure seamless communication and accurate voter data collection.
The session included participation from all four assembly constituencies of the district, including Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, election kanungos, and IT staff. The initiative marks a crucial step toward transparent and updated electoral rolls.
