नालागढ़, 12 जुलाई।
हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति गुरमीत सिंह संधावालिया ने आज नालागढ़ में न्यायिक अधिकारियों के लिए बनाए गए नवनिर्मित आवासीय परिसर का लोकार्पण किया। इस अत्याधुनिक परिसर के निर्माण पर लगभग ₹3 करोड़ की लागत आई है, जिससे न्यायिक अधिकारियों को बेहतर और सुरक्षित आवासीय सुविधा मिल सकेगी।
लोकार्पण समारोह के उपरांत मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने पूरे परिसर का विस्तृत निरीक्षण भी किया और निर्माण कार्यों की गुणवत्ता की सराहना की। इसके बाद उन्होंने नालागढ़ स्थित न्यायिक परिसर में ई-सेवा केंद्र और अन्य न्यायिक तकनीकी सुविधाओं का भी अवलोकन किया और इन तकनीकों की उपयोगिता को देखते हुए न्यायिक अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए।
इस अवसर पर उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति अजय मोहन गोयल, महापंजीयक भूपेश शर्मा, ज़िला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सोलन डॉ. अरविंद मल्होत्रा, अतिरिक्त ज़िला सत्र न्यायाधीश पंकज गुप्ता, अतिरिक्त मुख्य न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी नालागढ़ अजय ठाकुर, उपायुक्त सोलन मनमोहन शर्मा, पुलिस अधीक्षक बद्दी विनोद धीमान, उपमंडलाधिकारी नालागढ़ राजकुमार, बार एसोसिएशन नालागढ़ के अध्यक्ष मनीष डडवाल और अन्य गणमान्य अधिकारी एवं अधिवक्ता उपस्थित रहे।
मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि नालागढ़ जैसे औद्योगिक और तेजी से विकसित हो रहे क्षेत्र में न्यायिक बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत करना अति आवश्यक है। उन्होंने ई-सेवा केंद्र की सराहना करते हुए इसे न्याय प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता और गति लाने वाला कदम बताया।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में बार एसोसिएशन ने मुख्य न्यायाधीश का अभिनंदन किया और न्यायिक ढांचे को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में उनके योगदान की सराहना की।

The Chief Justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, Justice Gurmeet Singh Sandhawalia, today inaugurated a newly constructed residential complex for judicial officers in Nalagarh. The state-of-the-art facility has been built at a cost of approximately ₹3 crore to provide improved housing facilities for the judicial staff.
Following the inauguration, the Chief Justice inspected the newly built complex and expressed satisfaction over the construction quality and amenities provided. He later visited the e-Service Centre and other modern judicial technology setups at the Nalagarh court premises and issued necessary instructions to judicial officers to make effective use of these facilities.
Present on the occasion were Justice Ajay Mohan Goel, Registrar General Bhupesh Sharma, District and Sessions Judge Solan Dr. Arvind Malhotra, Additional District Sessions Judge Pankaj Gupta, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Nalagarh Ajay Thakur, Deputy Commissioner Solan Manmohan Sharma, Superintendent of Police Baddi Vinod Dhiman, SDM Nalagarh Rajkumar, and Bar Association President Manish Dadwal along with other officials and advocates.
Justice Sandhawalia emphasized that strengthening judicial infrastructure in emerging industrial hubs like Nalagarh is crucial. He praised the e-Service Centre as a vital step toward speedier and transparent justice delivery.
The Bar Association extended their gratitude to the Chief Justice and appreciated his consistent efforts in modernizing judicial facilities across the state.
