धर्मशाला की लोअर बड़ोल स्थित धौलाधार कॉलोनी रेज़िडेंट्स वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन की वार्षिक आम सभा में बलदेव सिंह राणा को सर्वसम्मति से लगातार चौथी बार अध्यक्ष चुना गया। यह चुनाव कॉलोनी के सामुदायिक भवन में आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में निवासी और सदस्य उपस्थित रहे।
हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य नागरिक आपूर्ति विभाग के सेवानिवृत्त एरिया मैनेजर रहे राणा के नेतृत्व में एसोसिएशन ने सड़क रखरखाव, जल आपूर्ति, स्वच्छता, सुरक्षा, मंदिर प्रबंधन और सांस्कृतिक आयोजनों जैसे क्षेत्रों में सराहनीय कार्य किए हैं।
नई कार्यकारिणी में कंवर वर्मा सिंह (वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष), गायत्री कपूर (उपाध्यक्ष), डॉ. अरुण चंदन (महासचिव), आर.एस. राणा (कोषाध्यक्ष), डॉ. पवन भारती (विशिष्ट सदस्य), ओंकार सिंह (कार्यालय सचिव) और एडवोकेट आर.एस. राणा (कानूनी सलाहकार) शामिल हैं।
बैठक में बी.के. शर्मा सहित कई सदस्यों ने पारदर्शिता व विकास के लिए कार्यकारिणी की सराहना की। बलदेव सिंह राणा ने दोबारा अध्यक्ष बनने पर आभार जताया और कहा कि वे विश्वास पर खरा उतरने की पूरी कोशिश करेंगे। बैठक का समापन चाय और जलपान के साथ सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में हुआ।

In the annual general meeting of the Dhauladhar Colony Residents Welfare Association, held at the community hall in Lower Barol, Baldev Singh Rana was unanimously re-elected as president for the fourth consecutive term.
A retired Area Manager from the Himachal Pradesh Civil Supplies Department, Rana has been credited with improving road maintenance, water supply, cleanliness, security, temple management, and organizing cultural events during his previous tenures.
The new executive committee includes Kanwar Verma Singh (Sr. Vice President), Gayatri Kapoor (Vice President), Dr. Arun Chandan (General Secretary), R.S. Rana (Treasurer), Dr. Pawan Bharti (Special Member), Omkar Singh (Office Secretary), and Advocate R.S. Rana (Legal Advisor).
Members praised the transparency and efficiency of the committee. B.K. Sharma highlighted the positive atmosphere and progress in the colony. In his address, Baldev Rana thanked everyone for their continued trust and assured committed service to all residents. The meeting concluded with refreshments in a cordial environment.
