डॉ. (कर्नल) धनीराम शांडिल ने सरकाघाट में बाल गृह का दौरा किया, बच्चों के समग्र विकास हेतु सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई

हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता तथा सैनिक कल्याण मंत्री डॉ. (कर्नल) धनीराम शांडिल ने सरकाघाट के भरनाल में दीनबंधु सेवा मंडल द्वारा संचालित बाल गृह का दौरा किया। उन्होंने बच्चों से बातचीत की, उनकी आवश्यकताओं को जाना और उज्ज्वल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएं दीं।
उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री सुख-आश्रय योजना का उल्लेख करते हुए बताया कि यह राज्य की एक क्रांतिकारी सामाजिक पहल है, जिसके अंतर्गत निराश्रित, अनाथ और परित्यक्त बच्चों को चिल्ड्रन ऑफ स्टेट का दर्जा देकर सम्पूर्ण जीवन सुरक्षा दी जा रही है – शिक्षा, आवास, स्वास्थ्य और रोज़गार तक।
डॉ. शांडिल ने अपने ऐच्छिक कोष से बाल गृह के लिए ₹51,000 की राशि देने की घोषणा की, जिसका उपयोग बच्चों की रचनात्मक गतिविधियों और मनोरंजन हेतु किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने बाल गृह में उपलब्ध सुविधाओं का निरीक्षण कर सुधारों के निर्देश दिए और समाज सेवा में संस्था के योगदान की सराहना करते हुए पूर्ण सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया।
Dr. Shandil Visits Children’s Home in Sarkaghat, Reaffirms Government’s Commitment
Sarkaghat, July 15:
Dr. (Col.) Dhani Ram Shandil, Minister for Health, Social Justice, and Sainik Welfare in Himachal Pradesh, visited the children’s home at Bharnal in Sarkaghat today. Operated by Deenbandhu Sewa Mandal, the facility houses several children whose well-being, education, and development were reviewed during his visit.
Dr. Shandil interacted personally with the children, encouraging them to stay disciplined and work hard for a brighter future. He assured them that the government is committed to their holistic development.
Highlighting the Mukhyamantri Sukh-Aashray Yojana, Dr. Shandil stated that Himachal Pradesh is the first state to offer legal protection and full care to orphaned and abandoned children, covering housing, education, healthcare, and employment.
He also announced ₹51,000 from his discretionary fund to support the children’s creative and recreational needs. He inspected basic facilities at the home and instructed officials to address any gaps.
Officials including Dr. Gopal Beri, SDM Swati Dogra, and others were present.
