लंबित मामलों के त्वरित और सौहार्दपूर्ण निपटारे के लिए राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (NALSA) द्वारा 1 जुलाई से 30 सितम्बर 2025 तक ‘मेडिएशन फॉर द नेशन’ अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। यह अभियान सुप्रीम कोर्ट की मध्यस्थता एवं सुलह परियोजना समिति (MCPC) के सहयोग से देशभर में लागू किया जा रहा है।
सचिव, जिला विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण किन्नौर ने जानकारी दी कि यह अभियान तालुका न्यायालयों से लेकर उच्च न्यायालयों तक चलाया जा रहा है। इसका उद्देश्य मध्यस्थता को विवाद समाधान का कम खर्चीला, सुलभ और सहयोगात्मक विकल्प बनाना है।
अभियान के तहत उपयुक्त मामलों में वैवाहिक विवाद, मोटर दुर्घटना दावे, घरेलू हिंसा, चेक बाउंस, सेवा विवाद, ऋण वसूली, भूमि अधिग्रहण आदि शामिल हैं। इच्छुक व्यक्ति रामपुर बुशहर, रिकांग पिओ (किन्नौर), आनी (कुल्लू) के न्यायिक परिसरों या जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण रिकांग पिओ में संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

To ensure quick and amicable resolution of pending legal disputes, the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) has launched a 90-day national mediation campaign titled “Mediation for the Nation”, in collaboration with the Supreme Court’s Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC).
According to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kinnaur, this campaign is being held from July 1 to September 30, 2025, across courts ranging from Taluka to High Courts. The aim is to promote mediation as an accessible, cost-effective, and collaborative method of dispute resolution.
Cases eligible for mediation include marital disputes, motor accident claims, domestic violence, cheque bounce (Section 138 NI Act), consumer disputes, debt recovery, land acquisition cases, and more.
Interested individuals can visit the court complexes of Rampur Bushahr, Reckong Peo (Kinnaur), and Ani (Kullu) or the District Legal Services Authority office in Reckong Peo.
