बड़सर, 28 जुलाई 2025 (देवभूमि मिरर) – विश्व हेपेटाइटिस दिवस के अवसर पर आज स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग, जिला हमीरपुर के निर्देशानुसार बड़सर पंचायत के आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र में एक जागरूकता शिविर आयोजित किया गया। इस शिविर की अगुवाई मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. प्रवीण चौधरी के मार्गदर्शन में की गई।
जन शिक्षा एवं सूचना अधिकारी बीरबल वर्मा ने प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित करते हुए बताया कि हेपेटाइटिस एक खतरनाक संक्रामक रोग है जो लिवर को क्षति पहुंचाता है। उन्होंने इसके प्रमुख लक्षणों जैसे बुखार, थकान, पेट दर्द, मतली, उल्टी और पीलिया के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि हेपेटाइटिस A और E दूषित भोजन और पानी से फैलते हैं, जबकि B, C और D संक्रमित रक्त, असुरक्षित यौन संबंध और मां से शिशु में प्रसव के दौरान फैलते हैं।
शिविर में बताया गया कि प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों और सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में इसकी जांच रैपिड किट के माध्यम से की जाती है। पॉजिटिव पाए जाने पर जिला अस्पताल में वायरल लोड टेस्ट कर उपचार शुरू किया जाता है। गर्भवती महिलाओं को विशेष सावधानी बरतने और बच्चे को जन्म के समय टीकाकरण कराने की सलाह दी गई।
इस अवसर पर सुपरवाइजर दीपिका, बीसीसी समन्वयक सुलोचना, अनीता कुमारी, स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता राजीव शर्मा, मनोज शर्मा, जिन्तेर कुमार, अंजू, सुषमा, उपप्रधान, आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता और आशा वर्कर उपस्थित रहे।
Barsar, July 28, 2025 (Devbhumi Mirror) – On the occasion of World Hepatitis Day, an awareness camp was organized today at the Anganwadi center in Barsar Panchayat under the guidance of Dr. Praveen Chaudhary, Chief Medical Officer of Hamirpur district.
Public Education and Information Officer Mr. Birbal Verma informed the participants that hepatitis is a serious infectious disease that damages the liver. He highlighted symptoms such as fever, fatigue, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and jaundice. He explained that Hepatitis A and E spread through contaminated food and water, while Hepatitis B, C, and D spread through infected blood, unsafe sex, or from mother to child during delivery.
Free testing is available at Primary and Community Health Centers using rapid kits. If tested positive, the patient is referred to the district hospital for a viral load test and treatment. Pregnant women infected with Hepatitis B should deliver in hospitals and ensure timely vaccination for their newborns.
The event was also addressed by Supervisor Deepika, BCC Coordinator Sulochana, and others. Several health workers and local representatives participated in the program.
