शिमला, 29 जुलाई।
राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय बलग में देहा खंड स्तरीय कला उत्सव व रंगोत्सव का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें खंड के 12 स्कूलों के छात्रों ने भाग लिया। बलग स्कूल ने इस कला उत्सव में शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए कई विधाओं में प्रथम व द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त किए।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ प्रधानाचार्य रमेश चंद शर्मा ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। उन्होंने बच्चों के उत्साह की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे आयोजनों से विद्यार्थियों की प्रतिभा को मंच मिलता है और उनका सर्वांगीण विकास होता है।
समूह लोक नृत्य में स्नेहा और उनकी टीम, एकल गान में रितु और लघु नाटिका में सुकृति, दीक्षित, रितिक एवं सूर्यांश ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया। वहीं संगीत वादन समूह में रमन, तुषार, मोहित व जतिन, उप शास्त्रीय नृत्य में नव्या, कहानी वाचन में आरुषि व रितिका और चित्रकला में स्नेहा ने द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त किया।
इस अवसर पर खंड समन्वयक मोहन, खेल प्रभारी लोकेंद्र बकसेट और सुरेश घालटा विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे।

A block-level art and cultural festival was organized at Government Senior Secondary School Balg under the Deha block, where 12 schools participated. Balg School stood out with its excellent performances in various categories.
The event was inaugurated by Principal Ramesh Chand Sharma, who lit the ceremonial lamp and appreciated the students’ enthusiasm. He emphasized the importance of such events in showcasing student talent and promoting overall development.
In the group folk dance category, Sneha and her team secured the first position. Ritu won first in solo singing, while Sukriti, Dikshit, Ritik, and Suryansh earned the top spot in short skit.
Additionally, Raman, Tushar, Mohit, and Jatin secured second place in group instrumental music. Navya stood second in semi-classical solo dance, while Arushi and Ritika were awarded for story reading. Sneha also secured second place in painting.
The event was graced by block coordinator Mohan, sports in-charge Lokendra Bakset, and Suresh Ghalta.
