अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद (अभाविप) हिमाचल प्रदेश की प्रदेश मंत्री नैंसी अटल ने जानकारी दी कि संगठन 11 अगस्त से 26 अगस्त तक महाविद्यालय सदस्यता अभियान के दूसरे चरण का आयोजन करेगा। इससे पूर्व प्रथम चरण में प्रदेशभर के विद्यालयों में हजारों छात्रों ने सदस्यता ग्रहण की थी।
अटल ने बताया कि यह वार्षिक सदस्यता अभियान तीन चरणों में संचालित होगा — प्रथम चरण विद्यालयों में, द्वितीय चरण महाविद्यालयों में, और तृतीय चरण विभिन्न व्यावसायिक एवं तकनीकी संस्थानों में। तीसरे चरण की तिथि शीघ्र घोषित की जाएगी।
अभाविप ने इस वर्ष एक लाख से अधिक नए सदस्य बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा है। परिषद के अनुसार यह अभियान केवल सदस्यता तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि छात्रों को संगठित कर राष्ट्रनिर्माण में भागीदारी का संकल्प है। सभी महाविद्यालय इकाइयों को विशेष दिशा-निर्देश भेजे जा चुके हैं और अधिक से अधिक छात्रों तक पहुंचने के लिए जनसंपर्क रणनीति अपनाई गई है।

Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Himachal Pradesh State Secretary Nancy Attal announced that the second phase of the college membership drive will run from August 11 to 26. Earlier, the first phase in schools across the state saw thousands of students join the organisation.
Attal stated that this annual membership campaign will be conducted in three phases — first in schools, second in colleges, and third in professional and vocational institutions, with the final phase dates to be announced soon.
ABVP has set a target of enrolling over one lakh new members this year. According to the organisation, this is not just a membership drive but a pledge to unite student power for active participation in nation-building. All college units have been given special instructions, and outreach strategies have been prepared to ensure maximum student participation.
