हमीरपुर, 22 अगस्त 2025 – विकास खंड बमसन की ग्राम पंचायत पंधेड़ के गांव ब्ल्यूट में सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) के अंतर्गत उचित मूल्य की दुकान का पुनः आवंटन किया जाएगा। खाद्य, नागरिक आपूर्ति एवं उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग ने इस दुकान के लिए 21 अक्तूबर तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। इच्छुक व्यक्ति या संस्थाएं emerginghimachal.hp.gov.in वेबसाइट पर आवेदन कर सकती हैं।
जिला खाद्य आपूर्ति नियंत्रक शिव राम ने बताया कि दुकान आवंटन में पहली प्राथमिकता पंचायत, स्वयं सहायता समूह, सहकारी सभाओं तथा महिला समूहों को दी जाएगी। यदि एक ही वार्ड से एक से अधिक आवेदन प्राप्त होते हैं तो पंजीकृत संस्था को वरीयता मिलेगी। दूसरी प्राथमिकता विधवा, एकल नारी, दिव्यांग, भूतपूर्व सैनिक या बेरोजगार अभ्यर्थियों को दी जाएगी। वहीं, तीसरी प्राथमिकता हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य नागरिक आपूर्ति निगम को होगी।
आवेदन के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता मैट्रिक पास रखी गई है। आवेदकों को शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्र, वित्तीय स्थिति, दुकान और भंडारण क्षमता से संबंधित दस्तावेज अपलोड करने होंगे। पात्रता शर्तों में यह भी शामिल है कि आवेदक की आयु 18 से 45 वर्ष हो और परिवार का कोई सदस्य नियमित सरकारी नौकरी में न हो।

Hamirpur, August 22, 2025 – Under the Public Distribution System (PDS), the Fair Price Shop in Blyut village of Gram Panchayat Pandher, Bamsan block, will be re-allocated. The Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department has invited online applications until October 21 at emerginghimachal.hp.gov.in.
District Controller Shiv Ram informed that first priority will be given to local institutions such as Panchayats, Self-Help Groups, Cooperatives, and women’s groups. In case of multiple applicants from one ward, preference will be given to registered organizations. Second priority will be extended to widows, single women, differently-abled individuals, ex-servicemen, or unemployed candidates, while Himachal Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation will get the third priority.
Applicants must be at least matriculate (10th pass) and submit verified documents regarding educational qualifications, financial status, shop availability, and storage capacity. The age limit is 18–45 years, and applicants must ensure no family member is in regular government service.
