ऊना, 23 अगस्त। जिला प्रशासन ऊना ने महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में सराहनीय कदम उठाते हुए सामर्थ्य कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत बीपीएल परिवारों की विधवा और एकल नारियों को सिलाई मशीनें उपलब्ध कराने की योजना शुरू की है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार का अवसर देकर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर और आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम बनाना है।
उपायुक्त ऊना जतिन लाल ने बताया कि इस योजना का लाभ 45 वर्ष या उससे कम आयु की विधवा महिलाएं और एकल नारियां उठा सकती हैं, बशर्ते वे ऊना जिले की स्थायी निवासी हों और उनके पास आधार कार्ड व पंचायत से जारी बीपीएल प्रमाण पत्र हो। आवेदन के लिए इच्छुक महिलाएं उपायुक्त कार्यालय के रेडक्रॉस सोसाइटी शाखा, कमरा नंबर 406 में संपर्क कर सकती हैं।
सामर्थ्य कार्यक्रम, उपायुक्त की परिकल्पना से जन्मी एक अभिनव योजना है, जिसे जिला रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी व औद्योगिक इकाइयों के सहयोग से CSR के तहत चलाया जा रहा है। इसके अंतर्गत छात्राओं और महिलाओं को शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, कौशल विकास और आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता के क्षेत्र में सहयोग प्रदान किया जाता है। यह पहल निश्चित रूप से महिलाओं को सम्मानजनक जीवन जीने में सहायक सिद्ध होगी।
Una, August 23. In a progressive step towards women empowerment and self-reliance, the Una District Administration has launched a new initiative under the Samarthya Program. Through this, sewing machines will be provided to widows and single women from BPL families, enabling them to start self-employment and achieve financial independence.
Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal informed that women beneficiaries must be permanent residents of Una, aged 45 or below, possessing an Aadhaar card and BPL certificate issued by their Panchayat. Eligible applicants can apply at the Red Cross Society Branch, Room No. 406, DC Office Una.
The Samarthya Program, conceptualized by DC Jatin Lal, is an innovative initiative run through the District Red Cross Society with the support of industrial units under CSR. The scheme focuses on empowering needy students and women by providing support in education, health, skill development, and economic self-reliance.
